CLIENT OVERVIEW

Our client runs a large single site gold mine and processing plant in a remote area. The client had been operating the business for 10 years without any codified processes or practices and saw an opportunity to create more consistent and prioritised standards for working, between teams. Cravern was engaged to complete the MOS design and implementation.

THE CHALLENGE

The client wanted a resource which would capture the processes required to manage and execute operations. This resource would need to align with the existing MOS Framework principles, providing clear and concise descriptions of governance and process ownership. It would be used as an asset to inform stakeholders and provide a foundation for iterative change.
