Jonathan is a highly qualified and capable IT professional who has gained experience and developed his skillset across numerous projects and application developments of varying scope, size, and profile. Jonathan has demonstrated his core competencies through the delivery of numerous successful projects over the years where he has taken on significant responsibility.

His ability to communicate in the most effective way with all levels of the organisations has enabled Jonathan to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders that assist in achieving project goals. A key strength in developing relationships with stakeholders, to anticipate and determine needs and resolve differences utilising negotiation skills gained across multiple industries. The combination of his excellent understanding of business concepts and processes, in line with understanding current technology, has led to successful project outcomes and satisfied stakeholders.

Jonathan’s previous experience as a CPA accountant and as a customer of IT departments, gives him a significant understanding of business needs, ensuring focus on business outcomes and not just the technology needs that IT departments can be influenced by. 

Jonathan holds an Executive MBA, and has recently completed his ProSci Change Practitioner Accreditation.
