Josh has experience in management, project development and consulting. During his short career, he has worked extensively with non-for-profits as a tech lead and manager, including Teach Learn Grow (TLG) and Coders for Causes.

His primary duties as a manager for TLG were to oversee and implement all systems in the organization and be a main point of contact for these systems. The role was also responsible for the management of the Systems Team, who work together to ensure other teams in the organization have their technical needs met.

One of his first projects has been to develop a class library solution to support a large miner. This has involved the analysis of multiple equipment lists, understanding and integrating the operational master data management standards.

Josh has also supported the development of a datasheet management system to help a client transition from document centric processes to data centric processes.

Josh is a certified UiPath Robotic Process Automation Business Analyst and, Developer and is also certified in Synchro Pro 4D Construction planning having supported a  large implementation on a $3.5Bn construction project.

In addition to his front-end development experience, he has experience developing on Bentley Systems Linear Analytics application where he assisted on the first stage of a large ARTC project.
