Mack is a senior management consultant with +15 years, leading and working in the Capital Projects and Organizational Effectiveness practices of several Big 4 management consulting firms. Mack has led operating system implementation, organizational design, and change management programs for Mining & Metal, Tech, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, in the U.S, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

Primarily Mack works in “asset intensive” industries settings where his role requires process analysis with an aim to drive improvement and/ or replacement of inefficient process and ways of working. As such, Mack has worked on the implementation and activation of Management Operating Systems in both Mining and Metal and Oil & Gas, and Power & Utilities.

Mack is also capable leader in digital transformations having led the implementation and adoption of asset management software such as well as large ERP implementations. Mack has certifications in scrum and project management.

In addition to working in asset intensive industries Mack has gained industry adjacent experience supporting programs and driving change management in Hi-tech Silicon Valley companies as well as Big Pharma.
