Oyundelger Batbayar (Oeko) is a graduate of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology and has a varied and long career in education and publishing. Her latest work in Mongolia was for a major US NGO as a PM for nation-wide project.

Living in Australia since 2017, she is now finishing Bachelor of Technology (Computer Systems and Networking) degree at Curtin University in 2025.
