Sam has over 15 years of professional experience in IT industry with extensive banking and finance project portfolios as well as experience managing large, complex, institution-wide software development projects.

He began his career as software developer specialized in banking solutions and evolved into positions including foreign affairs manager and senior project manager for notable financial institutions in Mongolia. Working in both IT and finance sectors, Sam has a vast understanding of delivering projects.

Working as a project manager and taking the lead role in various engagements, Sam learned to foster an environment of teamwork and ensure strategy and approach is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. He excels at building successful relationships with multiple stakeholders in a project including owners, local officials and team members. His background as software engineer complements his strong communication and organizational skills in IT projects.

Sam’s practical experience with various implementation strategies spanning all phases of a project and involvement in a wide range of academic, institutional and commercial projects has provided him with tools to successfully balance project requirements with effective implementation.
