Scott is a seasoned and accomplished project executive with over thirty years of experience in a wide range of industries, sectors, and commodities.

Scott has lived and worked in the Middle East, USA, Canada, and Australia, and supported mega projects in other global locations. He has led teams for Owners, EPCM, and for the Contractor.

He has extensive skills in business process analysis and development. Scott has led a global team of a Six Sigma process improvement specialists and is a qualified specialist in Six Sigma methodologies. He is able to analyse current business performance, improve outputs through new processes and technology, and drive a culture of organizational excellence. He champions a strong focus on data and analysis, to add significant business value to each issue he encounters.

Scott has developed systems and established standard processes for EPCMs, improving outcomes from project planning to handover. His cross functional experience allows him to develop integrated tools to define and manage the full suite of business issues.

Scott is able to build teams from all levels of the organisation and to focus those teams for success. He engages well with a wide range of stakeholders, and creates solutions that address the key outcomes important to those stakeholders.
