Mine Technology Architecture Solution

We maintain a full suite of technology architecture drawings for each site.

The software uses Cravern's comprehensive inventory of vendor software used across the mining industry, and combines it with the customers own data, and the Cravern mining capability maps, unique and heavily used across the industry.

Implementation

We implement the software at your site, by collecting all your current data. The application inventory scan is often done through consulting projects for many times more, but because we have dedicated experience across mining, and our industry proven capability map, we are able to collect and analyse the data quickly. 

The cost listed on our website, is per, site, and fully includes the download and injection of site technology scan, mapping of data, and also includes up to 10, 30 minute interviews with staff during implementation to confirm current technology usage. 

Yearly Subscription - Basic

This includes access to the software, and self service ability to maintain and update the mapping of software to capabilities. We keep updated the industry information associated to applications.

Yearly Subscription - Extended

This includes everything in basic, but we also do a yearly health check with your stakeholders through a series of short taregtted interviews to make sure the data is up to date on your behalf. Throughout the year, we also keep the software and vendor master data up to date, providing alerts to changing versions, and general sentiment on software.

Yearly Subscription - Comprehensive

This includes access to the software, interviews and updates on a yearly basis, and access to intelligence reports on benchmarking on software, costs, and usage across the industry. While this information has been made anonymous, it does provide intelligence into the current penetration and confidence of software doing its job across the industry.
